This group gives you the motivation and structure to get the most out of training and achieve your running goals. As a recreational runner, it is easy to roll out the front door and go for run, but if you're looking for something extra in your training, then this is the group for you.
Tuesday and Thursday sessions are technique and speed focused, with a running specific warm up, a main speed/effort set, and a relevant cool down. By training smart, you'll be able to run faster and achieve your running goals. By completing our structured warm up and cool down runners are amazed at how hard they can train but more impressed by how good they feel the next day.
