Road and Recreational Running 

Join a group of likeminded adults and enjoy running in a group environment under the guidance of a qualified and experienced coach. 

Minimum Age 18yrs

Track and Cross Country Squad

To ensure that training is age and event appropriate we offer two groups within the track and Cross Country Squad:

Secondary Squad: High School Aged Athletes (12 - 17yrs)

Senior Squad: (18yrs +) Also ideal for elite road runners.

Junior Development  

Focusing on the fundamental movement skills of Run, Jump and Throw.

The Fundamental movement skills are perfect introduction to athletics and great training for kids from any sport.

Ages: 5 - 12 yrs
